April Recap
April has been a wonderful and busy month here at our school, filled with learning, laughter, and so many special moments.
In our classrooms, students engaged in meaningful learning experiences that encouraged curiosity and discovery. From exploring new cultural studies like Australia and learning about unique animals and their habitats, to hands-on art projects and early science concepts like recycling and caring for our Earth, it has been incredible to see their knowledge and confidence grow each day. Our upcoming “Eggs to Chicks” life cycle study has also sparked lots of excitement and questions as we prepare to dive into this hands-on learning experience.
One of the highlights this month was Picture Day. It was amazing to see all of the bright smiles and confident poses—our students truly shined! We can’t wait for families to enjoy these special memories.
We also had a fantastic Spirit Week filled with creativity and school pride. It was so much fun seeing everyone participate, dress up, and show their enthusiasm throughout the week. These moments help build such a strong sense of community.
In addition, we celebrated many birthdays this month! Each celebration brought extra joy to our classrooms, and we loved making every child feel special on their big day.
April has been full of growth, connection, and memorable experiences. Thank you to our families for being such an important part of our school community.
We’re looking forward to all the exciting learning and fun that May will bring! 🌸
